Nathan Adrian | Week 9: The end

WEEKLY NARRATIVE

This week was a bit hectic with other classes, homework, and a second nor' easter. As such, I had a lot of things to focus on. Fortunately, I was able to get play testers this week, but it was somewhat hard to convince my parents to play again (they weren't the biggest fans the first time around). (I'm not sure if the play tests count for work, so I didn't log them.)

So, I guess it's over. Our project is done. This was certainly a project. I honestly don't feel like I contributed much, but I don't know if its entirely on me. Certainly some of it is, I could have managed my time a lot better for the few tasks I had. But honestly, I wasn't given much to do. No one really came and gave me any tasks. And the few tasks I did have required work from others that wasn't getting done. I logged 0 hours for a lot of weeks, but that's not the whole story for a lot of them. Week 7 is a good example. On that week, I was searching for the sound archive. I didn't complete this task (because the sound archive is gone) so I logged 0 hours, but I did make an effort to do the work assigned. This was the case for a lot of weeks. It also didn't help that almost EVERY SINGLE MEETING WAS AT FREAKING NIGHT! I mentioned that I can never make it at that time. I attempted discord once, but was given no way to actually participate in the discussion. So, yeah, I didn't contribute much, but I feel like my group completely forgot I existed most of the time.
