Felipe Lai | PPJ Week 2: Meetings and work

WEEKLY NARRATIVE

Getting more up to speed with the whole project, met with programmers and was assigned our individual/pair tasks but didn't have edit access to the git hub so I could only really take note of what I had to do which was just documentation and folder cleanup. Met again for our big group wide meeting and getting presented about the code management and the ideal workflow structure we will be using and discussing perforce.

CONTENT WITH HOURS

• Programmer's team meeting (2 hours)
• Major group meeting (2 hours)
• Blog write up (30 mins)
• Cleaning up code (1 hour)

WORKFLOW EXAMPLES

POSITIVE OUTCOMES

• Good work and management during the programmer meeting, actually got work done in timely fashion
• So far not much has happened, waiting on design decisions to finalize to start programming new ideas

NEGATIVE OUTCOMES

• Major group meeting still going way too long and becoming unproductive after so many topics and people.
• Waiting on perforce server issues was not productive

NEXT TASKS

Get everything setup now that perforce is up and running, continue taking notes on cleaning up the unity folders and documentation on code
