Mike Moore | Week3: Moving forward




WEEKLY NARRATIVE

This week was a great week in terms of story, level and game design. Now that the mechanics have slightly changed and abilities have been decided we can move forward as a whole group. Presented Remembrance to try to solidify a place to represent Drexel at GDC. Sadly, we were not successful, however, two of our teammates are behind the winning team so a huge shoutout to them. 

CONTENT WITH HOURS

  • Design/Story Meeting (2 hours)
  • Sell Pres (2 hour)
  • Game meeting (1.5 hours)
  • GDD Revision (1.5 hours)
  • Research clothing low poly (1 hour)
  • Gantt update (.5 hours)















POSITIVE OUTCOMES

  • Design department has finalized abilities and mech which open up more work for programming department
  • Concept art and level design is well on its way

NEGATIVE OUTCOMES

  • Level design is slightly behind schedule due to sheer scope of levels
