Felipe Lai | PPJ Week 5: Stamina 2.0
WEEKLY NARRATIVE
This week we cleaned up issues with last weeks stamina system implementation and augmented it to include a stamina pause when abilities are in use. This seemed pretty straight forward but according to design notes the stamina pause doesn't work the way I thought it would where if a wall is placed down then the stamina will pause and so we had to change some stuff around after reviewing our program. Again this week I'd like to commend our current Trello work flow as I find it very useful to push changes and then have them reviewed in a timely manner by the programming leads and then given back so they can be fixed with whatever changes necessary.
CONTENT WITH HOURS
- Original Stamina Pause Implementation (0.5 hours)
- Stack Stamina Pause Implementation (1 hours)
- General Team Meeting (1 hour)
POSITIVE OUTCOMES
- Work flow still good
- Stamina seems to be working well
NEGATIVE OUTCOMES
- Design on how stamina is pause seems counter intuitive and punishing in the wrong ways (unless I'm misinterpreting it)
NEXT TASKS
